What we are useful for

• Corrections. An out-of-date bonus figure, a wagering multiple that has changed, a licence line in an operator's footer that no longer matches its register entry. This is the most useful thing you can send us and we act on it.
• Terms we have misread. If we have described an offer wrongly, tell us which clause and we will re-read it and amend or remove the claim.
• Operator enquiries. We will answer, but understand up front that placement on our list is not for sale and commission does not affect position.

What we cannot help with

We are an independent editorial site. We are not a casino, we do not hold player accounts, and we have no access to your balance, your bonus, your verification documents or your withdrawal. We cannot escalate a dispute on your behalf and we have no standing to do so.

If a payout is being held, the order to work through is on our main page: the operator's own complaints process in writing, then the dispute body or licence issuer its terms name, and the AGCO's internet gaming complaints process only where the site is conducted and managed by iGaming Ontario. We cannot shorten that sequence for you, but we can tell you where it ends.
