Who writes it

Editorial is written by Miles Fenwick, a gambling dispute and escalation researcher in Toronto. That background is the reason this site treats the complaints route as the centre of the subject rather than a footnote. Most safety pages rank on things an operator can simply assert. We rank on what happens after an operator says no, because that is the only part of safety a reader ever has to use.

How it is funded

We earn commission when a reader signs up with an operator through a link here. That is the whole business model and we would rather state it plainly than bury it. It does not buy position on our list. An operator cannot pay to rank, and we have left a brand on the page with no bonus figure attached rather than publish one we could not source.

What we will not publish

• Payout times we did not measure. We have not timed withdrawals across these operators, so we publish no payout-speed figure and we do not rank on one.
• Audit-body claims. We hold no sourced eCOGRA, iTech Labs or GLI evidence for the brands we list, so we make no such claim about any of them.
• Bonus figures we cannot source. If an operator publishes no Canadian offer, the field stays empty and the page says so.
