Accommodations

• There are 3 guestrooms each with ensuite bathrooms.
• Single occupancy low-season rate is $75.00 per night
• Single occupancy high-season rate is $85.00 per night
• Double occupancy low-season rate is $90.00 per night
• Double occupancy high-season rate is $100.00 per night
• The rate for each additional person is $20.00.
• Low Season: May 1st through June 30th inclusive and the month of October
• High Season: July 1st through September 30th inclusive
• All prices quoted in Canadian Dollars and are subject to all applicable taxes.

Meals

• A Full 2-course breakfast is included with our room rate
• Breakfast is served from 8:00am or by agreement and served in our dining room.
• Additional food services: Coffee maker in room, coffee/tea & juice at your door 7:30am if requested.
• Special meals: Restricted, Vegetarian, gluten free. Please let us know in advance of any known allergies.

Our House Policies

• Smoking is allowed in limited areas (Verandah or designated garden area).
• Limited accommodations for guest pets (Please check with us).
• Limitations on child accommodation. No childcare is provided.
• Consumption of alcohol is permitted (You may bring your own).
• Deposit amount required (First night or guarantee on credit card)
• Our Season: May 1st through October 31st and by special arrangements.
• Check in: 3pm Check out: 11am
• Cancellations: A first night tariff within 7 days of reservation.
• Discounts available: 5% seniors discount.
• Payment options: We accept the following bank cards - Visa and Mastercard
